In addition to all the previous features, SubmitMailer now allows you to either:

Approve an article from an email link
-or-
Approve and publish and article to your frontpage from an email link

On a side note, we had the wonderful surprise of hearing that SubmitMailer helped one of our members detect a hacker exploiting the 1.5.5 bug where the admin account can get hijacked:
